You have to like what you see here. He seems to work well under pressure, where SD would throw a duck downfield in the same situation.
(Yeah, blocked by the NFL, but it's worth watching on YouTube)

He looks better than Darnold realistically. Do they wage a competition? I hope so. We will probably need both.

Hmmm.... Almost all of this stuff is from 2019 and 2020. Nothing I could see from last year. Also interesting .... was the score of most of these games. it's hard to "see" anything other than the action on the field, BUT most (if not all..) of these games the Browns were losing, usually losing big. If you look again at the vids, notice the info bar across the mid-bottom of the screen. Shows the score, down and distance, game clock, etc., etc. These plays are always 'easier' when you're way behind and the defense has sloughed off into a "prevent" style.
Would be interesting to see how many (if any..) of these games the Browns won.... (..????)

Well, that was the knock on him in 2021, he was injured most of the season. He is supposedly healthy now.

Ahh...Yes, I suppose that's true.
So, how much did he play last year.?? Did he miss a lot of time....or just 'some'. I haven't tried to look up any of his stuff. Maybe that would be something interesting to look at. Maybe I'll do that.!!!
