Good Gracious...
The doctor has advised me to avoid using. That means STOP. Besides, me and caffeine haven't really co-habitated peacefully now for about three years.
So that lead me to start drinking t..t..T ( I almost can't say it..) tea. Do you have any idea how many different types and flavors of decaffeinated tea are presently in the consumer marketplace.?? No idea.?? Well, let me tell you......No, really.!! There is more than just a couple ( a whole lot more..). And some of them I can almost afford.!! Yay Me.!!
Seriously though, I've taken to drinking tea in the A.M., Noon, and the P.M. ***GASP*** I think I've been converted.!! I've actually started to enjoy my tea. Well.....Up until I think about coffee or Scotch...

My mother used to make Louisiana tea in the green box because it was decaffeinated. Personally, I prefer caffeine. The doctor says I can have up to three cups of coffee daily, but he hasn't seen the size of my cups lol

But just wait... Your time is coming. You too can suffer the ignominy of rapid, 'free-form', uncontrolled, erratic PACs......or other heart DIS-rhythmias (YES, I know it's spelled wrong..). The doctor is 'boss'. What he (she..) says, is what I do. ***Gosh, what a 'sheeple' I am..*** If I drank three cups of regular caffeinated coffee, I would be pinging off the walls. And alcohol is just as bad..... No can do...
