The latest information making the circuit has revealed that the Panthers are making (or are INTENDING to make) a couple of changes in this area.
According to a report by Joe Person (The Athletic), the Panthers are (intending) to replace head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Jeremy Scott. Nothing official from the Panthers as yet, but Person says the plan is to hire Minnesota Vikings, Josh Hingst in the "same role". It's unclear from the report whether Person meant the "same role" Hingst held in Minnesota or the "same role" Jeremy Scott held here. For those who care, Josh Hingst was the "Director of Performance" at Minnesota. Hingst apparently has about sixteen (16) years experience in the NFL.
Also of note: The Panthers are (apparently) hiring Denny Kellington, Associate Athletic Trainer, of the Buffalo Bills. Kellington is supposed to take over as the VP of Player Health and Performance for the Panthers.
