Possible 2nd Round Pick at #39? - Zay Flowers, WR

Here's a guy I've seen mocked to us with the 38th pick in the 2nd round and he's pretty exciting to watch.  Zay Flowers, Wide Receiver, Boston College.

Considering (fingers crossed) that we will draft a top quarterback, this would be a great addition to our wide receiver room.  The title is Shiftiest Wide Receiver, and the dude is exactly that lol.
