First video from our new Offensive Coordinator.

Not afraid to talk.  Could be a real "force" on the field.  Don't know much about him, but hopefully he will add some dimension to the offense.

It's such a refreshing change from all the years of, "It is what it is" and "At the end of the day, we've got to do a better job".

I'm waiting for just one of these guys to have an interview after a game without saying "...at the end of the day...".  It's like they all have read the same manual and drink the same Kool-Aid.  Players do it too.... just as much as the coaches.
