Extremely bright, well spoken, humble, sincere young man. He rocks all those boxes. Couldn’t be more impressed with any draft pick in those areas !!!

I agree, and wholeheartedly welcome him and wish him all of the best.  I hope he goes on to have a Hall of Fame Career (with the Carolina Panthers).

Humph.... You guys are just being silly now.  Three guys on camera and talking here, Scott Fitterer, Frank Reich, and David Tepper.  All these guys are talking about "process", Offensive tendencies and play calls, and Teppers input. I don't think they need to have their egos inflated.  They're not particularly "young". And while they may be "bright and well-spoken", I don't consider them particularly "humble". 

I know you can't be talking about Young.  We have been 'stroking' his ego continuously for the past 15 hours.  He definitely doesn't need it.  IMHO
