Actually, Mr. Tepper was talking to Steve Smith earlier today and asked Smitty who we should pick at #39.  Smitty said "Jonathan Mingo". 

You have to admit, Jonathan Mingo is a STUD wide receiver.  Big guy, good strong hands.  And he's pretty fast for a big guy.
