I'm not feeling it yet, but I guess you could say the last backup quarterback we stole from the Saints did pretty good for us.

Chris Mortensen...

The deal is expected to get finalized by the time the new league year opens Wednesday. While this contract makes little sense from the outside looking in, it's consistent with the Panthers' ongoing inconsistencies
