Food for thought...
While the Panthers play the Bears this week in Chicago --- and all signs point to an exciting game, NEXT week the Panthers will play the Falcons at B of A....
It's an interesting game for two reasons. It's our second Divisional game this year, after losing the first one to the Saints. BUT, what makes it really interesting is -- the Falcons just completed a Thursday Night Prime Time game against the Bucs yesterday. The Falcons won in Overtime, 36-30.
Kirk Cousins Delivers Historic Performance Against Bucs
And in a game that puts everyone on notice ... Kirk Cousins WENT OFF for the Falcons. In a career game, and certainly the best effort league wide this year, Cousins threw for 42-58 for 509 YDS and 4 TDs.
Whew -- I'm glad he got THAT out of his system.!! Maybe he'll be back down out of the stratosphere breathing normal air when we play them. !!
