DIGGS BROTHERS TROUBLES ARE MOUNTING ...

I'm sure we've all heard (or are at least aware) of the trouble rolling down hill onto Stephon Diggs. He has been accused, arrested, charged, etc., etc., by a woman who supposedly worked for him. Stephon plays for the Patriots and is due in court around the time the Patriots will play for the AFC Championship (IF - they make it that far..).

Now - Breaking News - A second Diggs brother (Trevon) has been released (waived) by the Cowboys. Trevon Diggs is a 6-year veteran and a "star" CB. ---- IMHO, I believe his 'star' is falling. He was a twice selected Pro-Bowl CB but has not delivered over the past three years. In fact he has played in only 19 of 47 games since he signed his extension in 2023.

After 24 hours on the waiver wire, Trevon will be a Free Agent. I seriously doubt that any team will pick up his current contract -- although there is (apparently) no "guaranteed money" left on the contract, so anything is possible. The real question is... Does any team want to sign this guy..???

Another real question is.... Does anyone really care..???

As FC suggested.....

Trevon Diggs was grabbed off of the waiver wire by the GB Packers.  He played a couple of days later against the Vikings where the Packers lost but didn't care because their playoff seeding was already established and they rested their "starters". 

The Packers were the only team to enter a waiver claim. It's sort of looking like a smart move for the 'Pack' as Trevon allowed only one (1) catch for two (2) yards.

Now Matt LeFleur has to decide if he will break into the starting rotation in the playoffs....
