Sorry I haven't been online lately.  My wife had a stroke on March 24th and I have been spending my time at Atrium Main in Charlotte.  Just got her moved to Rehab yesterday.

I'll be 61 in June, and she will be 60 in October. But, that having been said, I know a girl who had a stroke when she was in her twenties. There are two types of strokes; blood clots (which my wife had) and a bleed (which is most often fatal).

Thanks for the prayers. We finally got her moved to Atrium Rehab in Mount Holly last night where she can be close to home. That will be a two week stay, but she was invited to participate in a medical research program for (free) over the next six months where she will receive electrical pulses to her brain to stimulate and repair the parts damaged by the stroke.

Thanks, Josh.  You, too, Hobbit
