This guy has a pretty long history in the league....and is probably good at what he does. But just what is it that he does, and how much control or oversight does he have.??
In addition......It appears that he is not without history..... Apparently he has been reprimanded by the league at least once and has filed a grievance of some sort against another team for something to do with Hiring.?--Not hiring..???
Definitely NOT a Richardson style hire.!!! Still, if he does anything good about the cap.........
