It sounds like Jim is truly going to be an "Assistant to the Head Coach", working with all phases of the team, from Offense to Defense to Special Teams. Good stuff. When have we had an assistant who could do that??

This guy was one of the best, if not the very best, hire the Panthers made this year. Very sharp, detailed, high quality. I am extremely pleased with Jim Caldwell.  You can't get much better.  Not only does he know football, he can talk about it. Very personable, detail oriented, and extremely well spoken.
Excellent communicator.

He is going to make a difference...!!! Clap3 Thumbsup
