NEW DT DeSHAWN WILLIAMS AGREES TO TERMS

Another signing.... A second DT is added for our new DC to work with.  Supposedly three solid pieces now on the D-Line. Williams comes from Denver where he started 15 games last year for the Broncos. He's pretty well known among the new coaching staff.

Looks like the Panthers are trying to bolster the front of the new 3-4 Base Defense.
