During his locker room speech to the players, Tepper dropped in for a minute and presented him with a "Game Ball". Well deserved.

I loved the energy from not only Canales but the entire locker room.  And yeah, I was happy to see Tepper give him the game ball. 

I have never heard any Panthers' coach say anything like "we hit 10 of our 14 goals:.  This guys sounds super organized.

Yes... I think he actually keeps track of things like goals. He focuses on things that are not where they need to be and corrects them...then moves on to something else. Not sure what kind of a mult-itasker he is, BUT ... I don't care. As long as he gets results and the Panthers continue to improve.

I think he and Dan make a good team.
