Well, it should continue this week, at least.

We've got the schedule of the 2020 Steelers. Every game is either against a bad team or one with major players out. I think that type schedule made the Steelers think they were better than they were. Thus, after going 11-0, they start losing to all and are one-and-done in the playoffs.

But the same situation is perfect for our team that needs this opportunity to build confidence, gel, and mature.

Josh, you said we need Darnold to be Cajun Jake. We didn't get the magic game one that Delhomme had, but this early schedule still has the potential to boost SD to that confidence level by the time we hit the rough patch of teams. Either way, looks like it's going to be a fun year to watch!
