In a moment....the life of Britains longest reigning Monarch comes to an end. Queen Elizabeth II passed earlier today. Prince Charles rises to the throne as the new head of the Monarchy. It is a sad time for all freedom-loving people. Queen Elizabeth was a staunch supporter of the free world and her presence will be missed. I think all of us expected this to happen soon. Just not today.
The reality and the respect of the world now falls on the shoulders of the new Monarch, King Charles III. The former Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, he will have a difficult path to follow. Regardless what you think about Britains Monarchy, Queen Elizabeth was a grand lady. She will be missed.
