I must state , I AM NOT A TEPPER FAN .. He has not done well at running OUR franchise.
Here's the but.... His fine should not be tied to his wealth any more than you having to pay more for a speeding ticket than I do because you have a lot more money in the bank.
Owners are in their own club of 32. We know this going in. Some owners are good at running a football team,, most aren't.
