I think Dan is going to be aggressive with everything. And smart with it.
So far I am impressed by him.
Fitt seemed like a good guy. He got the GM job after how many people were interviewed? (15-20??) He must have been the only one who was happy being subservient to Matt Rhule and then Tepper. Pitiful thing to watch.
Dan Morgan did not seem to take the job under the same conditions. He worked himself up from the bottom and has learned from a lot of people. From that he says he has crafted his own way of running a team. I think he is off to a very good start and expect him to only get better.
He is still working to get his team in place but I have no doubt that every day he wakes up trying to figure out how to make the team better. Every player has to earn their spot.
Best of all....he is a Panther!
