I am with you on this. It would seem that everyone would be trying to put this back together. There has been a LOT of money spent down there. While I realize that Tepper doesn't want to "throw money away", he already has a LOT of money in this project. It would seem that he (Tepper..) would want to salvage the project if possible...NOT throw away a couple hundred million....
