I don’t think this is classy at all, the kid had a responsibility, and got beat.  He didn’t make the play, and I don’t feel he’s as “elite” as he thinks he is.  Great speed, but spotty coverage.  Definitely not as good as Bradberry.  All that and he runs his mouth about play calling making excuses.

In his defense, he claimed the blame in his post-game interview and he apologized to the fans.  Also, watching the full interview, i agree with him.  Why call a different coverage for a particular play that you haven't even practiced? But why point fingers at anyone?

It's always someone else's fault. I know folks like that. Never take responsibility for their mistakes.

I understand the frustration, but that attitude could be part of the reason we sit where we sit. Just saying...

Regardless, he shouldn't have thrown the coaches under the bus. The coaches were not why he was three steps behind every receiver all day.

Jackson got burned by an undrafted FA rookie. Of course he's going to be pissed and try to blame someone else. He's got bad technique, horrible open field tackler and yet another bad Hurney draft pick.

Succeeding at cornerback in the NFL doesn’t require you to be respectful, but Jackson isn’t playing the position well enough to get away with calling out his coach. Not by a long shot.

Meanwhile, Ross Cockrell has performed relatively well this year and hasn’t caused any headaches off the field. Perhaps some more playing time for him as opposed to Jackson will send a message and reward the kind of behavior that winning organizations want.

This was on panthers wire .

Tim someone.

I concur.

He will be trouble now for as long as he is here...which after his comments he should have been let go, in my opinion. The karma cancer is growing.
