DE A.J. Epenesa.  Listed now at 6'6 and 280 lbs.   Originally slated as a first round pick, he has quietly fallen out of the first round on most boards due to a not so good showing at the Combine, but the kid can be a total nightmare in the backfield for any offense.

You know the thing that strikes me first is his ability to SEE and react. He ignores the fakes and stays with the ball. Very seldom does he get fooled... Of course, these highlights only show the good stuff. Need to see some "Low"lights too.!!

This kid has all the intangibles, things which cannot be taught. He has raw instinct and acts upon it.  Did you see how many times he knocked the ball out?  And the top video is just freshman and a few sophomore replays.

Gonna be interesting to see where he ends up on the big board.  Certainly big enough (???..) and apparently agile and quick enough to make the jump. Right now his draft value is not really high because of a lackluster combine effort. Speed = not great. Size = he's a tweener. Not trim enough to be truly fast off the edge, yet he's strong enough. And not big enough to play inside. A team looking to draft him will rely on his on-field film rather than measurables.

Right now he's been falling on the boards. Probably out of the 1st round...maybe a 2nd round grade right now.
