I'm all in for these guys! Great to especially see Mike Boone and Jack Plummer back. All of these guys are talented.

Latest Practice Squad additions:

"The Panthers also added four new players to the practice squad Thursday as they continue to put together a roster for the regular season.
The team signed cornerback Lonnie Johnson Jr., outside linebacker Thomas Incoom, outside linebacker Tarron Jackson, and tight end Feleipe Franks.

The 28-year-old Johnson fits the profile of what they've added lately in corners (size), and has experience in the league, with 68 games played and 19 starts in five seasons with the Texans, Titans, and Saints. He could be an immediate help on special teams.

Incoom, 25, spent last season with the Broncos after making the team as an undrafted free agent, appearing in four games.

Jackson, 26, was a sixth-round pick of the Eagles in 2021, and has spent the last three seasons there between the active roster and practice squad, appearing in 21 games.

Franks was signed here during training camp to fill in during a rash of tight end injuries and made a good impression. The former University of Florida quarterback spent the previous three seasons with the Falcons."

The Practice Squad announcement was part of the article on Jordan Matthews.... With Matthews being promoted to the 53 and these four additions,.. That brings the Practice Squad total to twelve (12).

I THINK...there are four spots left. Nothing is certain, but iF there are 16 spots available..... WE had nine, added four, that makes 13. But Matthews was signed back to the 53, so that leaves 12 currently on the PS.

The Panthers filled out their practice squad Thursday afternoon, adding four more players to the group.

The team signed defensive tackle Jayden Peevy, wide receiver Jalen Coker, safety Demani Richardson, and offensive lineman Ja'Tyre Carter.

Peevy, Coker, and Richardson were all in camp here this summer.

Carter, 25, was a seventh-round pick of the Bears in 2022, and has appeared in 13 games with two starts.

The team now has a full 16-man practice squad heading into the weekend off. They'll reconvene on Monday.
