COULD THE PANTHERS STRIKE ANOTHER QB IN ROUND 2?

Will Levis was NOT drafted in the first round.

Would the Panthers be so bold as to Draft Will Levis in the 2nd Round?

I doubt it, but wouldn't it be fun if they did?

We have other needs, but the Panthers staff have said repeatedly "We will take the best player available to us when it's our turn". 

Just rustling your feathers lol.  I don't want it to happen, nor do I believe it will happen, but stranger things HAVE happened.  But it's food for thought huh?

I have often wondered how often a team has doubled up on QBs in the draft.  I suspect I could research it and find out, but.... ???  In this case I seriously doubt it, mostly because there are a couple of other positional players we could use this year.

But it could happen..... I guess.

Three times in the past ten years. A quick read was 3 first rounders followed by 3 day 3 picks.

With that said I don’t see Levis or Hooker at 39 for us but I could see a trade there. Especially with the Raiders pulling a Texans type move after drafting at 38.

Actually more excited about watching tonight than i was last night.

Last preseason had Mayfield and Darnold splitting time as #1. That backfired royally. I can't see Fitterer wanting to go through that again, this time with rookies... especially considering Andy Dalton will also need to get some work with the #1s. Reich said Bryce will have to earn the QB1 spot.

Hard to believe the Titans couldn’t have pulled that trade at the end of round 5 and have control of that fifth year option. ?‍♂️

I'm glad Will was picked. I think he has potential to be a good quarterback.
