Grateful that these wonderful home grown talents are donating their talents and their time for the people in the mountains who are  suffering unimaginable devastation. The volunteer effort continues to be tremendous.  Many people are without power, water, homes, food....and it is about to get cold.  One of the people I work with attends a church that has gotten a big trailer to take supplies to the mountains this weekend.  I am buying the food that I can to send.  Anyone who can .....please donate to an organization that is on the ground and can help.

The marching bands from North Carolina State and Wake Forest joined forces on Saturday to honor those affected by Hurricane Helene with a heartfelt rendition of "Amazing Grace."

While the Demon Deacons secured a 34-30 victory over the Wolfpack, it was the two schools' bands that gained widespread praise as the true champions of the day.
