DAN MORGAN --TALKS ABOUT 2024 AND DIRECTION FOR THE TEAM

I am glad to see Dan back in front of the camera. You can just hear and feel the emphasis he places on Panther Football.  Don't know how everyone here feels about this, .... But Dan Morgan is MY General Manager.

Thanks for the video link Hobs.  Took me a couple of days but was finally able to watch it.  I like Dan Morgan.  He is thoughtful, deliberate, confident and has a plan.  He is not selling anything. Will never be an "in on every deal" guy...because every deal is not the right fit for the Panthers. I too like his emphasis on culture.  I am confident he is going to build this team the right way. Somehow he has gotten Tepper to stay out of the way. That is a major accomplishment!
