SUPER BOWL — SEAHAWKS & DARNOLD PREVAIL

So this was a great example of Seahawks Defense. Just like the saying, “Defense wins championships”, this was a perfect example. I don’t believe many folks were surprised. I know I wasn’t. 

Anyway — What did you see? Any surprises??

I was surprised that McDaniel's did nothing to slow down that pass rush and that Maye did not run more. 2 weeks to prepare...expected a better fight from them.

Yes, I can see that. I commented several times about the Hawks defense. It ended about like I expected. When you look at the box score, the Offenses were pretty.even. The Hawks Defense was the determining factor. 6 sacks; fumble recovery; two interceptions —- they played a great game. 

I was a little surprised that RB Walker won the MVP. Not saying he didn’t deserve it. He had a great game. It’s just …. well, I was hoping the Defense would be recognized.
