As to why we traded for C.J. Henderson, and as yet we haven't heard a single PEEP from him. Nada. Nuttin'. Zilch.
Usually when a player is traded, there are at least a couple of blurbs from him, either via phone call or showing up at the Front Office the next day with an introductory presser.
What gives?
Is there something going on we need to know about? Is the guy holding out? Has he not passed his physical?
It just seems strange to me to hear absolutely NOTHING from a player after being traded or signed by a team.
My understanding is that he has a somewhat odd personality . . . which means I'm gonna really like him. But I get the impression he's not going to be talking much, so I don't expect to see or hear much of anything from him other than on the field.

That could be a good thing, but I just hope he's not "holding out" trying to get somewhere else.
He had an interview today. It’s on panthers.com. I still say give him a week or so. We are playing Lamb, n Cooper, n he’s a man corner. We got Jackson aj n Melvin, so who knows….

Next up this week, we trust dj, cj, Stanley, aj, or Taylor? Nb? Chandler, Chinn, Shaq, Sam, aj, who else. S? Robinson active? Fb Brown v Spencer? Last te v last(only) fb. Ricci v Thompson, who wins the battles? We have a good roster! Don’t say that much.

Yep, I saw it last night. He still looks .....  not sure how to describe him. He looks kind of dazed and confused, but maybe that's just him.
But, you know, my kids are older than him, and when I think of one of them being suddenly fired and sent to another company in another state without their consent, I can only imagine how they might react.
I hope it works out for him and for us as well.

We've got and had some characters on this team. But I think we're looking for signs to read from a guy who was born with the ultimate poker face. Consider that the 4:50 mark of the video is his "excited" face.
I heard his media demeanor compared to to Peppers. I think that's right. So, getting a slight smile at working with this D is likely equivalent to another player jumping up and down on the table.
