This is not an interview of him from the Panthers, but a mic'd up session and live interview with Matt Rhule on ESPN on a gameday.

I like his fire, I like his emotion, and I like that he isn't afraid to credit the Lord in public.

AMEN..!!!

There are going to be some growing pains. There will be.... But Matt Rhule has the character and drive to succeed. I believe that Tepper sees it too, and will allow him to run this team and develop HIS program. It might take a year or two, who knows, but Rhule will not quit. I don't think he has "quit" in him. Its not part of his vocabulary.

I don't expect him to come in here, snap his fingers, and "fix things" his first year. That isn't realistic. But I do expect him to come in and at least get us above .500 next season.

I think that is probably a reasonable expectation. A LOT depends on who we can retain from our FAs, and the makeup of our coaching staff and Front Office folks. Also to consider is the GM....Who and for how long.??  All of those things will have an impact on our draft,  Which will of course have an impact on the season.

I am cautiously optimistic.
