MATT CORRAL FIRST MINI-CAMP INTERVIEW

He looks good in a Panthers uniform, and I hear what he's saying, but in all honesty, I don't get a sense of "truth" in the fact that he is "glad to be a Panther".  Maybe it's because I don't know how to read him yet, but I'll take it at face value and hope that at some point it is sincere.

Well... We have four years to see what he has inside. It is no secret that I wasn't particularly impressed with any of the QBs in this year's draft. BUT..... Honestly, I like Corral more than the rest. He talks like he knows his place, and is willing to 'earn' a spot. If he can develop a NFL QB's mindset, then he should be OK. There is room for 3-5 QBs every year, somewhere. Maybe not as a starter right away, but eventually something will break for him.... OR, he will be replaced in the League with newest, brightest QB toy to come out of the college ranks.
