Baker stated he didn't care that the fans were booing in the stand, "all that matters" (to him, at least) is the locker room.   Well then.  So there you have it.

Baker Mayfield took a snap on fourth-and-1 in the fourth quarter and looked for a target. Unfortunately for the Carolina Panthers (1-3) — like four other times in the team’s 26-16 home loss to the Arizona Cardinals (2-2) on Sunday — the only thing Mayfield could hit was a defender’s hand. Cardinals defensive end Zach Allen leaped and batted the ball down, forcing a turnover on downs. The crowd launched into an onslaught of boos just minutes after rooting the team on with “Keep Pounding” chants. Mayfield and his teammates walked to the sideline as the chorus of jeers projected from the stands.

The game was effectively over, but the world wasn’t ending, according to the Panthers’ polarizing QB. “Obviously, I’m frustrated, the fact that we’re 1-3,” Mayfield said. “I mean, that’s it though. We’re four weeks into the year. We can sit here and let you guys pile on us, or we’re gonna come together as a locker room. That’s exactly how we’re going to handle it.

“I don’t really care about the fact that our fans are booing or what’s going on — we’re going to figure it out and when we win, it’ll still just be us in the locker room, and that’s all I really care about. So, we’re going to be just fine.”

While Panthers fans have grown frustrated with Mayfield’s struggles through the first four games of the season, his teammates and head coach Matt Rhule — at least publicly — are providing support.

But, to add to that. Stephen is correct. This isn't Cleveland and a big market area. This is small town USA looking for a hero to pick them up. Telling the media, "I don't care what the fans think or do, at the end of the day it will still be just us in the locker room", is like telling the media, "Tell the fans I said, F#@K YOU!".

So, we didn't get to hear the rest of that video after Stephen A said his piece.  Check out what the two others had to say about Baker.  (Hint:  He is WORSE now than when he was on the Browns, and he looks like he isn't even trying out there).

Also, Listen to the end, Stephen A.  says, "Matt Rhule.  Pack your bags.  You will not be a head coach in the NFL next season.  McAdoo?  Same thing"

Ya know, If there is a coordinator generating the right kind of buzz and fire I’d love as a HC, it’s D’Amico Ryan, defensive coordinator for the 49ers. What a powerful unit he has put together. I really like his scheme as well. Wishful thinking, but a guy can dream.

With respect BCF..... I wonder about all of these 'promotions' that occur across the league. One-time OCs or DCs moving up to HC positions. Seems like a HC should have AT LEAST ten years of experience in the league before being considered.  In the parlance from years gone by, most of them prove to be a mere "flash-in-the-pan".

IF--WHEN we change our HC....... I want one with EXPERIENCE.!!  Fbmad

That isn't a requirement.  Ethnicity is the top requirement.
