The Panthers have "Agreed To Terms" with Adrian Wilson as the new VP of Player Personnel.  Wilson comes from the Cardinals where he was part of their scouting department. He last served as VP of Pro Personnel for the Cardinals until later in 2022 when he was named Co-Interim General Manager.

Wilson is a highly respected guy around Arizona's team. He is a member of the Cardinals Ring of Honor as well as the Arizona Sports Hall of Fame.
