Great signing!  

You know, just yesterday I was talking with someone and telling them there is "something in the air" in Carolina.  It almost reminds me of the inaugural season when they were putting pieces of a winning team into place.  

And it's not lost on me that Frank Reich is back as well as Dom Capers who were both here that year.  

I'm excited to be a Panthers fan right now, and regardless of the draft picks we gave up and players we lost, I am thrilled at what the team is doing.

I agree...

This season just "feels" different. There is just too much 'stuff' happening right now for this to be an anomaly. This all started with Scott Fitterer (IMHO). The movement began last year when Fitts did a bunch of work in FA pre-draft. It allowed the Panthers to go into the draft more relaxed and willing to take what the opponents give you. And it has really continued and accelerated this year now that we have a consensus coaching staff.  I am really looking forward to Panthers football.!!  Fitterer has my vote and support.  He is exactly what the Panthers needed.
