News On The Street....
Well, it is now apparent that Brady has retired for good. At least.... I THINK so..?? There has been a lot of talk floating around the football universe about Tom Brady recently. Brady said this... Brady did that..., etc., etc.. It wasn't too long ago that Brady decided to 'postpone' his future in the broadcast booth with Fox Sports. He is now supposed to come on board in 2024 instead of 2023. NOW..... Tom Brady is making another splash in NFL circles.
The latest word surrounding Brady is....... Tom Brady has taken a minority owner position with the Las Vegas Raiders. I'm pretty sure that it disqualifies him as a player in the league.... although I could be wrong. I am not going to bother researching the rules, it just seems unlikely that a player could also be a team owner. WAY too much of a possibility for "conflict of interest" --- it would seem.
Anyway..... UNLESS THE DEAL WERE TO FALL THROUGH ??
