RE: Who could, would or should we trade. - Firstchance - 10-27-2023 Smitty was out of line AGAIN!!! An upgrade over TMJ. He can lengthen the field and we could use that. RE: Who could, would or should we trade. - Firstchance - 10-29-2023 Reality if we are being honest. So knowing and understanding our situation would you trade Dalton to the Vikings? (Maybe bring back Corral as a back up) RE: Who could, would or should we trade. - Hobbit99 - 10-29-2023 (10-29-2023, 05:45 PM)Firstchance Wrote: Reality if we are being honest. He walked away from the Patriots, I think. So, I suppose his contract still belongs with them. Oops --- just discovered he was re-signed to the Patriots practice squad. Lots of strangeness going on there. So, --- trade Dalton..??? To what end.?? For what purpose.?? Certainly NOT for a nobody draft pick. RE: Who could, would or should we trade. - Josh21 - 10-29-2023 I say no trades. Just me RE: Who could, would or should we trade. - Firstchance - 10-29-2023 (10-29-2023, 06:48 PM)Hobbit99 Wrote:(10-29-2023, 05:45 PM)Firstchance Wrote: Reality if we are being honest. Dalton could bring a nice price, possibly, to finish out their playoff run and be the bridge to the next new guy. Just thinking outside the box. RE: Who could, would or should we trade. - Josh21 - 10-29-2023 TMJ gives us 4 good wr. Got ya first. Still, it would depend entirely on what we would gain. I would hope that we wouldn’t trade anyone just to be nice. Hopefully we would stand to benefit. And some cheap third day draft pick wouldn’t do it for me. The Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers -- two teams that wound up acquiring other pass rusher before the deadline -- both expressed interest in Burns this year, sources told ESPN. The Jacksonville Jaguars, Atlanta Falcons and Baltimore Ravens also reached out to the Panthers about Burns, according to sources. But the Panthers shut down those teams just as quickly as they inquired and had no intention of trading the coveted Burns, according to sources. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/38816475/brian-burns-trade-inquiries-rejected-panthers-sources-say RE: Who could, would or should we trade. - Firstchance - 11-04-2023 Now if they don’t sign him then we are screwed again. Unless of course we are on that run to this years playoffs. |
