We need a qb n a hc. Trade for that. Good luck. TB got 1 sb outta Gruden, traded for n 1 outta TB. We just need a qb. Maybe next year.

WELL..... We got one of those things. Didn't have to "trade" for it either.!! Not sure, but I believe that Rhule had to go before we can look at improving our QB position. Rhule was too "all google-eyed" about players he once "knew" or "coached". No room for nepotism around here now.
Everything SHOULD be about "What have you done for me ---- LATELY.??" I believe Steve Wilks is a no-nonsense kind of guy.

I agree 100 percent. I also think he has the toughness needed to turn this team around.

YES...exactly. Wilks is a no-nonsense kind of guy. Just as tough as he needs to be. It's time to get serious.
