BRYCE YOUNG'S FIRST INTERVIEW AS A CAROLINA PANTHER - PantherFan007 - 04-27-2023

With Kristen Balboni!  (I really like her!)  He personality and enthusiasm is infectious.

Kristen Balboni is a STAR.... She's a real pro.

Bryce Young is very personable. He speaks fairly clearly and has no problem saying the "right" things.

How that will translate to a NFL field --- THAT is anyone's guess.

Things I loved about Bryce's interview:

1.  Not once did he say, "In this league....."

2.  Not once did I hear him make it about himself.  He was gracious, humble, and you could tell he didn't think more of himself than he did the team.

3.  Not once did I hear him say that he wanted to be an icon.  He only said he wanted to do everything he could to help this team win football games.

4. Different mindset.  He is a fine young man, and other than his size, I think he has a bright future in the NFL.

I think he is quietly competent. He seems to be able to keep his ego in check, which is a good thing. His performance on the NFL football field is the one metric we know nothing about. For that we will have to wait a few months.
