RE: Deal Done, Teddy Bridgewater gets three years, $63 million in Carolina - Scjimk - 03-21-2020 If the Panthers don't secure him line protection, he will get beat to a pulp like our existing QBs. I do like Bridgewater's mechanics. I like Kyle Allen's mechanics as well. I wonder how we would have fared sticking with Kyle Allen this year as starter... with a line that provided an additional 1.5 seconds to spot a receiver? People say, "He fumbles". It's because he's getting KILLED by the rush! At least Bridgewater and Allen can throw accurately. That's a plus going into the new season. It's because he's getting KILLED by the rush! I agree wholeheartedly on Kyle Allen, and why he fumbles. And to alleviate that, he started rushing his throws at the end of the season, which resulted in interceptions. Because he had no protection. |
