OL Sam Tecklenburg un-retires to sign w/ Panthers/Rhule - iiwii - 04-26-2020

Undrafted FA Sam Tecklenburg retired from football in January. Then he got a call from Rhule Saturday to see if he was interested in coming to Carolina. Now he is the newest UDFA to sign with the Panthers.
