RD 6 - PICK 208 - WR JIMMY HORN - COLORADO - Hobbit99 - 04-26-2025

Panthers are (apparently) in love with flinging the ball around these days. Despite vocally declaring the Panthers to be a "run-first" offense and announcing the Panthers intent to "run the ball and stop the run" -- the Panthers have drafted their second WR of this year's free for all.

As small as Bryce Young is, and we all know how small that really is, Jimmy Horn is smaller.!!

Pick #208 is WR Jimmy Horn from Colorado. 5' 8" - 174  .....  SERIOUSLY..!!!  This guy will not be able to ride the big boy rides at the fair. He'll need his momma's permission to go to the ball park.!!

He's going to be used primarily as a returner.

Hmmm... So we have an extra spot on our 53 roster for a returner. That seems a little much, doesn't it.?  At his size, I think we all realize that he is NOT going to be a blocker or a gunner on ST.  So if he's just a returner, that means he will be taking Blackshear's place..... who also plays as a RB.

I don't know.... I'm confused as usual.  Oh well. It will all shake out in the wash...
Huh

Steve Smith loved him before the draft.  (See my other thread).  Smitty ranked him in the Top-15 players of the draft.
