Wednesday morning, news broke that the Carolina Panthers have traded wide receiver Adam Thielen, a conditional 2026 seventh-round pick, and a 2027th fifth-round pick in exchange for a 2026 fifth-round selection and a 2027 fourth rounder.

We went from having an abundance of receivers to ....... Well, who knows. I know -- we don't have a competent route-runner for a slot receiver. This is a perfect example of "going to hell in a hand-basket". SMDH

I’m not so sure, I think Coker is going to fill that role, honestly. Thielan is a big loss, but Jalen Coker can run a damn good route

I have heard various rumors of this for weeks but honestly didn't think it would happen. Now, while that is a considerable blow to our receiving corps, what it does is FORCE someone to step up into the #1 Receiver role. And it might end up being TMac.

Adam Thielen was arguably our best WR :
I am not a cap guru. I listen to the radio/tv etc. They are say that we got the 5t and 4th round picks.
We also have 7 million more dollars available to spend this season. We still have a bunch of needs. That’ll help now.
Is Renfrow available now ?
I hate losing Thielen and all the TEAM ATTITUDE he has .,
But I’m ok with Morgan trading a 35 year old wide receiver. We did get something in return. Our player is always going to be more valuable to us, than what another team sees .

Well, after seeing the news and hearing Coach Canales talking about Thielen having been involved in the process and that Theilen WANTED to go back to the Vikings so he could retire where he started, I'm okay with that. Theilen wanted to go "Home", they said.
