OFFICIAL GAMEDAY THREAD - BRONCOS @ PANTHERS! - PantherFan007 - 12-13-2020 Gooooo Panthers! Get that high Draft Pick! RE: OFFICIAL GAMEDAY THREAD - BRONCOS @ PANTHERS! - coffee - 12-14-2020 Yeah, very mixed emotions. I wanted them to come together and pull out a win, but happy for the better draft positioning. There were some glimpses of the future Rhule's trying to build, but a lot of backwards steps as well. Not that it matters and I don't think conspiracy, but I think some majorly bad calls went in the favor of Denver and they were likely game-altering. Burns did everything right on the QB hit, for example. That drive was excruciating and had the feeling the refs were Denver fans. Again, I don't think conspiracy. Just how it felt. RE: OFFICIAL GAMEDAY THREAD - BRONCOS @ PANTHERS! - PantherFan007 - 12-14-2020 I saw Teddy Bridgewater getting angry towards the end of the game. What I couldn't understand is why on God's Green Earth did we wait until we were way down in the fourth quarter before we started passing the ball downfield? And I don't know if it was the play calling or what, but I didn't like Bridgewater much in that game. In his defense, though, he had an O-Line that would make Swiss Cheese look like a brick wall. RE: OFFICIAL GAMEDAY THREAD - BRONCOS @ PANTHERS! - PantherFan007 - 12-14-2020 Oh, and yes. I hate to sound like a Homer, but I will. I was yelling the entire game that the Refs were on Denver's payroll. I was literally SCREAMING, "DON'T YOU SEE THAT HOLD????" and "WHAT??? NO PI ON THAT???" RE: OFFICIAL GAMEDAY THREAD - BRONCOS @ PANTHERS! - coffee - 12-14-2020 You are right. Bridgewater seemed to be scared to go down the field until desperation time. I hope that's something that's fixed quickly. It was his M.O. prior to being here, but he really got over that nicely until now. |
