PANTHERS SIGN ANOTHER KICKER.....TAYLOR BERTOLET---AND RELEASED - Hobbit99 - 09-09-2022
Just today (earlier this afternoon..) the Panthers signed another Kicker. Joining the Panthers is K Taylor Bertolet. Bertolet will be joining the Practice Squad as a readily available fall-back Kicker should the need arise. This became more of a potential issue recently as Eddy Pineiro was on the Injury report twice this week. The Panthers claim "no worries" about Pineiro, but this signing indicates there are some concerns.
To make room for Bertolet on the PS, the Panthers released TE Josh Babicz.

At least we won't be fielding a WR as a Kicker this year....(Hopefully..!!)

You can never have too many kickers lol.
Kicker Eddy Piñeiro was a full participant in practice despite dealing with a hip injury.

Taylor Bertolet was a short-lived experiment. He was released today after 3-4 days on the Practice Squad.
