OMG - PANTHERS WAIVE ANOTHER LINEBACKER

Well -- This story has now run full-circle. As the season opened the Panthers decided to cut Trevin Wallace who was the odds-on favorite to be the second starting Inside Linebacker alongside Devin Lloyd. Claudin Cherelus was picked instead. Soon after, the Panthers signed Bobby Okeruke and .... NOW -- Cherelus has also been waived..!!!

I am at a complete loss to understand what in the  &&^^%%$$ is going on. --

Can anyone explain this mess.  I, I'm, I think I have an aneurism - and I can't get in gear. Or something...

HERE is the story as reported by Anthony Rizzuti @ PANTHERS WIRE:  Panthers waive Claudin Cherelus

Now THIS shocked me. I understand they were scrambling to find places to bring up people from the PS, but it seems there might be less important people to waive. I thought Cherelus had done a solid job so far. That being said, I like saying the name "Okeruke", because it sounds like, "Oh Carrot Cake", which is my favorite cake lol
