This will be an upgrade for our Defensive Line. Not a bad move.
I see him more as a hybrid Outside Linebacker/DE. This will arguably be our best move during Free Agency.
Oh.... and he's from Temple. Anyone surprised?

Temple Tough
A native of New Jersey, Reddick was lightly recruited out of Haddon Heights High School after missing most of his junior and senior years due to injury. But he walked on at Temple, where he played for head coach Matt Rhule, and made himself into All-AAC player by his senior year, setting a new conference record with 22.5 tackles for loss.
Reddick's draft stock continued to rise after a solid performance in the Senior Bowl and he was chosen 13th overall in the first round in 2017.
Reddick broke out in a big way last season. He tied for fourth in the league with 12.5 sacks, ranked second with six forced fumbles and tied for third with 15 tackles for loss. He was the only player in the league to rank in the top five in all three categories.
Since 2017, Reddick is just one of three players (along with Jamal Adams and Kyle Van Noy) with at least 250 tackles and 20.0 sacks.
