We Traded Santos to Nobody for 7th Round pick

Bring back Joey Slye.  I liked the kid.  He had a big leg, and yeah, he missed some, but everybody has a bad spot here and there.  Even John Kasay fubar'd the kick that lost us our first Super Bowl.

Damn… u brought up Kasey. We carried 2 kickers for a while after that. Kasey n 1 for KO’s.

I also wonder if we are being wise on k’s. Lot of turnover. Ryan missed 1-2 kicks. Joey missed 1-2 kicks. Don’t know about practice, but pretty quick triggers. Zane’s salary is for 3 weeks (since he came from a practice squad). Hope he does well.

I thought Slye was picked up by someone. Even had a good first week. Can't remember which team.

He did. 3/3 for the Texans. Good for him..

As I said, we got Zane for three weeks(salary). Long term plan seems lacking.

Also, we get that 7th rounder back from the giants. Santoso didnt make it 2 weeks on the roster.
