INCOMING--Panthers Add Rashard Higgins (Browns)

The latest FA acquisition for the Panthers is apparently Rashard Higgins. Higgins comes from the Browns where he carried the nickname "Hollywood". He was drafted in 2016 by the Browns and had been with them his entire career until now. Does not have blazing speed, but is smooth and deceptive off of the line. Probably best suited as a 'slot' receiver, he will be in the mix for #3/4 WR with the Panthers where he will compete with Terrace Marshall, Shi Smith and others.
