2022--TRAINING CAMP--WHAT'S HAPPENING

Since this is the week, just a couple more days, the 2022 Panthers Training Camp will kick off at Wofford down in Spartanburg.  I thought I would get this started by setting up a thread to post the day to day activities and news as it comes out of camp.  You KNOW that this year will be sort of "pivotal" for the Panthers. There is a lot of stuff happening this year, especially considering the QB battles and the NEW & EXCITING, completely renovated Coaching Staff.!!

As always, much hope in July. Hope the bad spots from last year improve. Would help immensely. Dt, de, mlb, ol n qb. I think we’ve upgraded minus de. Maybe dt, got a good one, lost a good one. Go team!

There is now 38 days remaining until we kick off the season with the Browns. Ahead of the Panthers in those 38 days is a lot of work. Players really need to "step up" their game. Decisions will be made.....

In addition to practices and "camp" stuff and "FAN FEST", there are some real things happening too. In the next 38 days the Panthers will make two "cuts", reducing the roster to the required # of 53 players. A lot of guys will be looking for jobs. Also before the first game, there are two Joint Practices with the Patriots. That, in addition to three pre-season games will take place before all of this comes to a head, ending with the first game against the Browns.....On September 11......

YES, you heard that right....Sep. 11; 9/11; 09/11; 9-11....... No matter how you write it, it's sort of an auspicious start date.
