Bryce needs to have confidence in knowledge, but he doesn't.  He doesn't seem to know where his receivers are, or where they are supposed to be.  He needs a much quicker release.  He needs to learn anticipation (ie, throw the ball to where your receiver is expected to be and let HIM do his job).  Don't wait to throw the ball until your receiver is out of position or until he is so far down the field that your arm strength can't get the ball to him.

All that, having been said, similar comments could be made for a bunch of players on the roster.

One bright spot is T-Mac.  The kid looks like the real deal.

This is the 3rd year for Bryce.  He may have flashes but is not a starting NFL QB.  Great guy but we have to move on. Dan and Dave going to lose the team pretty soon.

I might be carbon dating myself, but Bryce's 3rd year reminds me of the book we read in high school, "Flowers for Algernon" Bag

I miss the excitement of looking forward to our Sunday games. We all remember that feeling. We talked about match ups between players,, who was injured, a rivalry game with one of our division games.
There will be a turning point for our Panthers. It might not be now or years,, but we will see the glory of the Panthers again. I remember the Steelers before the Bradshaw years and how , all of their draft picks became hall of famers., Detroit, Tampa Bay would suck for a decade , other teams as well .
But we will return … maybe it starts Sunday.

Oooh — “Flowers For Algernon”.  Controversial book. Banned … Removed from libraries in some places. I never understood the draw of the book. Never understood banning/removing it either. Seemed like it was mostly a waste of time and energy to me.
