Changing My Mind

Wow!  I wasn't really happy about the W last week because I didn't feel we earned it.  I'm now starting to wonder if we really have a chance to compete this year.  This was a good game all around.

I still don't think we're playoff bound unless the rest of the division continues having a rough season and we keep coming together.  But I'm now thinking the winning attitude may be more valuable that the higher draft pick.  That always should be the case, but I didn't think this young of a team could pull that off.  Not sure whether to completely switch my thinking just yet, but the next couple games sure have the chance to win me over.

Ok, here’s my response for the last two weeks. Especially this week.

We look inspired. Our o is really fun, n our d is better than expected. CBs Jackson Douglas pride n elder have held serve two games. Rookies brown, chin, pride n gross-Matos have shown up. Chin especially. Brown w tfl. Burns getting pressure. Boston holdingdown the back end.

Offense is fun. Run/pass we can do both. Even w/o cmc. Great trio of wrs, n 3 good rbs. Spread the ball out. Also our ol has delivered lately! Hopeful at least for the o. I’m guessing coaching is helping this team.

Im very cautiously optimistic. Go o, win us games! Different than d winning games... I like it.

That's where I am at.   I am still not onboard with us being an a$$-kicking football team yet, but I like what I have seen so far.

Agreed with both of you ... and thrilled that we are on the way up while our rivals are just getting older.

wish they would sort the running game out tho.
